Dance for Expression, Connection, Fun, and Community.
Why Attend Regular Classes?

Dance Connection is best experienced on a regular basis (the testimonials reflect how diverse the positive effects are.) The dance pathways are constructed to build on your dance experience, create connection over time, and give you a wide range of movement experience. The breadth of music used in the sessions, can only really be appreciated with regular attendance.
Use it or lose it - regular movement keeps you flexible and can increase movement capacity.
Dance Connection Community - over time a real sense of community can arise. Even after one session you can feel part of something that makes you feel good, more connected, and expands your experience......what are you waiting for?

With no set steps, no way of getting it wrong, Dance Connection can be accessed by everyone. Regular dancers can be those who have never danced before through to those who are dance teachers - Dance Connection is Inclusive.
Dance in partnership with your body - adapt movements, self-regulate, listen to your needs.
